If any of our customer is not completely satisfied with our services, they can reach out to us for assistance or a refund. In case a refund is required, SPC Team 11 shall provide a refund of the remaining balance in the customer account after deducting bonuses or/and free coins awarded to the customer. The customer shall also be responsible for bearing withdrawal charges for the said amount. We may take 1-2 business days to issue a refund after all the calculations have been made. SPC Team 11 reserves the right to decline a refund request in case the reasons provided by the customer do not align with customer behaviour while using the SPC Team 11 platform.
